युगें अठ्ठावीस विटेवरी उभा। वामांगीं रखुमाई दिसे दिव्य शोभा॥ पुंडलिकाचे भेटी परब्रह्म आलें गा। चरणीं वाहे भीमा उद्धरी जगा॥

Yuge atthavis vitevari ubha, Vamangi Rakhumai dise divya shobha. Pundalikache bheti Parabrahma aale ga, Charani vahe Bhima uddhari jaga.

For twenty-eight yugas he has stood upon the brick, with Rakhumai at his left in divine splendour. The Supreme Brahman came to meet Pundalik; at his feet flows the Bhima river, uplifting the world.

जय देव जय देव जय पांडुरंगा। रखुमाईवल्लभा राईच्या वल्लभा पावें जिवलगा॥ जय देव जय देव॥

Jai Dev Jai Dev Jai Pandurang, Rakhumai-vallabha Raichya vallabha pave jivlaga. Jai Dev Jai Dev.

Victory to Pandurang! Beloved of Rakhumai, beloved of Rai (Radha), come to us, dearest of our lives.

तुळसीमाळा गळां कर ठेवुनी कटीं। कांसे पीतांबर कस्तुरी लल्लाटीं॥ देव सुरवर नित्य येती भेटी। गरुड हनुमंत पुढें उभे राहती॥

Tulsimala gala kar thevuni kati, Kanse pitambar kasturi lallati. Dev survar nitya yeti bheti, Garud Hanumant pudhe ubhe rahati.

A tulsi garland at his neck, his hands on his hips, yellow silk around his waist and musk on his forehead. The gods come every day to meet him, and Garuda and Hanuman stand before him.

धन्य वेणुनाद अनुक्षेत्रपाळा। सुवर्णाची कमळें वनमाळा गळां॥ राई रखुमाबाई राणीया सकळा। ओवाळिती राजा विठोबा सांवळा॥

Dhanya venunaad anukshetrapala, Suvarnachi kamale vanmala gala. Rai Rakhumabai raniya sakala, Ovaliti raja Vithoba saanvla.

Blessed is the sound of his flute, guardian of this holy land; golden lotuses and a forest garland at his neck. Rai, Rakhumabai and all the queens wave the aarti to King Vithoba, the dark one.

ओवाळूं आरत्या कुर्वंड्या येती। चंद्रभागेमाजीं सोडुनियां देती॥ दिंड्या पताका वैष्णव नाचती। पंढरीचा महिमा वर्णावा किती॥

Ovaloon aartya kurvandya yeti, Chandrabhagemaji soduniya deti. Dindya pataka Vaishnav nachati, Pandharicha mahima varnava kiti.

Lamps of aarti are waved and then set afloat on the Chandrabhaga. With palanquins and banners the Vaishnavas dance: how much can the glory of Pandhari be described?

आषाढी कार्तिकी भक्तजन येती। चंद्रभागेमध्यें स्नानें जे करिती॥ दर्शनहेळामात्रें तयां होय मुक्ती। केशवासी नामा भावें ओंवाळिती॥

Ashadhi Kartiki bhaktajan yeti, Chandrabhagemadhye snane je kariti. Darshan-helamatre tayan hoy mukti, Keshavasi Nama bhave ovaliti.

On Ashadhi and Kartiki Ekadashi the devotees come and bathe in the Chandrabhaga; by a single glimpse of him they attain liberation. With love, Nama waves the aarti to Keshava.
