मनोजवं मारुततुल्यवेगं जितेन्द्रियं बुद्धिमतां वरिष्ठम्। वातात्मजं वानरयूथमुख्यं श्रीरामदूतं शरणं प्रपद्ये॥

Manojavam maruta-tulya-vegam jitendriyam buddhimatam varishtham, Vatatmajam vanara-yootha-mukhyam Shri-Rama-dootam sharanam prapadye.

I take refuge in Shri Ram's messenger: swift as the mind, fast as the wind, master of the senses, foremost of the wise, son of the Wind god and chief of the vanara army.

अतुलितबलधामं हेमशैलाभदेहं दनुजवनकृशानुं ज्ञानिनामग्रगण्यम्। सकलगुणनिधानं वानराणामधीशं रघुपतिप्रियभक्तं वातजातं नमामि॥

Atulita-bala-dhamam hema-shailabha-deham danuja-vana-krishanum gyaninam-agraganyam, Sakala-guna-nidhanam vanaranam-adhisham Raghupati-priya-bhaktam Vatajatam namami.

I bow to the son of the Wind: home of matchless strength, his body shining like a mountain of gold, a fire to the forest of demons, first among the wise, treasury of every virtue, lord of the vanaras and beloved devotee of Shri Ram.

ॐ हं हनुमते नमः॥

Om Ham Hanumate Namah.

Om, with the seed syllable Ham, I bow to Hanuman.

ॐ आञ्जनेयाय विद्महे वायुपुत्राय धीमहि। तन्नो हनुमत् प्रचोदयात्॥

Om Anjaneyaya vidmahe, Vayuputraya dheemahi, Tanno Hanumat prachodayat.

We know the son of Anjana and meditate on the son of the Wind. May Hanuman inspire us.
