राम रक्षा स्तोत्र से

श्री राम राम रामेति रमे रामे मनोरमे। सहस्रनाम तत्तुल्यं रामनाम वरानने॥

Shri Rama Rama Rameti Rame Rame Manorame, Sahasranama tat-tulyam Rama-nama varanane.

Shiva says to Parvati: O fair one, I delight in chanting Rama, Rama, Rama. The one name of Rama equals the thousand names of Vishnu.

राम वन्दना

रामाय रामभद्राय रामचन्द्राय वेधसे। रघुनाथाय नाथाय सीतायाः पतये नमः॥

Ramaya Ramabhadraya Ramachandraya vedhase, Raghunathaya nathaya Sitayah pataye namah.

Salutations to Rama, to the gracious Ramabhadra, to Ramachandra the creator, to Raghunatha the Lord, the husband of Sita.

आपदामपहर्तारं दातारं सर्वसम्पदाम्। लोकाभिरामं श्रीरामं भूयो भूयो नमाम्यहम्॥

Apadam-apahartaram dataram sarva-sampadam, Lokabhiramam Shri-Ramam bhuyo bhuyo namamyaham.

Again and again I bow to Shri Ram, who takes away every calamity, gives every good fortune and delights the whole world.

108 a day, or Ram dhun for as long as you like; many also write Ram naam daily.

Any time. Ram Navami, Vivah Panchami and Dussehra are especially auspicious.

Sit before Ram Darbar or simply close your eyes and picture Shri Ram.
Chant the thirteen-syllable mantra on a tulsi mala, one bead each.
Sing it as Ram dhun with family, clapping in rhythm, for a joyful practice.
